What gets a fast reply

• A price that has moved. Name the page and the figure. CRM pricing changes without notice, and a reader who spots it before we recheck is doing the site a favour.
• A CRM we have missed. Small-business CRM has a long tail, and we would rather add a good one than pad the list with a bad one. Tell us what it does that the eight on the ranking do not.
• A correction of any kind. If a sentence on this site is wrong, misleading or out of date, we would like to fix it rather than defend it.

What we cannot do

We cannot advise you on your specific business, migrate your data, or resell anyone's software. We are not a reseller, an implementation partner or a support channel for any CRM named here — if your Zoho account is broken, Zoho's support will fix it faster than we can.

We also do not take paid placements, sponsored posts or guest articles. If the message is a pitch to appear on this site in exchange for money, the answer is already no.
